[Updated comp under edit #1]
Stripe L3: 442K ($216K + 15%, $193K worth RSU)
Current AWS SDE III: 333K ($160K, $173K worth RSU - today's rate)
YoE: 7
I am not too excited about my current team but can force to like it again. No PE hope in distant future. With new Stripe RSU policy there is less upside but I heard you get good refresher stocks.
Is it worth the jump? Also, if possible can somebody post their refresher stocks at Stripe?
Edit #1:
Thanks Blind community, response was overwhelming.
Decided to join Stripe. I was able to negotiate further as I am being hired for specialized position.
New Comp: $536K ($238K + 15%, $213K RSU, $50K sign on)
PS: I rejected fb offer, felt so good.

I'm considering applying to Stripe and interested in understanding how their RSUs work.
You get that fixed amount of cash in number of shares, right?
Do they have any buy-back program?
Aren't the RSUs worthless until Stripe decides to IPO (which could be years or maybe never)?
They seem to be legit people who cares about people and product. That matters to me as well. I am done with toxic big tech.
